Erick Rodriguez brings a solid foundation in business intelligence, data analytics, and systems integration to the team. In his previous role as a Business Intelligence Analyst, he led client consultations and delivered customized analytics solutions and interactive dashboards that enabled strategic decision-making across departments including finance, logistics, IT, and operations. His experience also spans data governance, database performance tuning, and automating data workflows to improve efficiency.

Erick earned his Bachelor of Science in Data Science from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field to further deepen his expertise in advanced analytics and predictive modeling. He is known for his ability to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to fast-moving environments, and work effectively across cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Outside of work, Erick is committed to giving back to his community. He has taken on various leadership roles in his local church, reflecting his values of service, family, and community engagement.

Now based in North Texas, Erick is excited to contribute his analytical mindset and collaborative approach to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and support strategic growth. In his own words: “There are many great cities in the U.S., but McKinney has something special.”
