Business personal property (aircraft) brought to McKinney

Number of jobs / annual payroll either new or relocated to McKinney

The taxable amount of new real property improvement (hangars/office)

The sustainability of a project can also influence the amount of the incentive. Funds can be used for infrastructure, relocation, training, and other business necessities.
